A flat rate of $12.50 applies to all orders.

Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution centre. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Please note: During peak sale periods such as Boxing Day, flash sales, Black Friday, Click Frenzy etc, you will need to allow up to 5 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped.

In most areas shipping takes 3-5 business days from the day it was fulfilled by our warehouse. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 10-15 business days.

Please note: during peak sale periods such as Boxing Day, flash sales, Black Friday, Click Frenzy etc, you will need to allow an extra 5 business days on top of the usual shipping time for your order to arrive.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Currently, we are only able to ship within New Zealand.

We use Post Haste as our reputable shipping agency and all items will be fully traceable once shipped.
